Rep. Robert Freeman
State Representative Robert Freeman is running for re-election in the 136th district in Northampton County.
Rep. Freeman was first elected to the state House in 1982, is a current member of the Climate Caucus, and earned a 100% on the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard. Rep. Freeman is a vocal advocate for funding Pennsylvania’s Growing Greener program, which would provide funding for projects to improve state park infrastructure and waterway cleanups. He has also advocated for public transit and sponsored legislation to study passenger rail service between the Lehigh Valley and New York City, which would promote economic growth and reduce the pollution from cars on the roads.
We are confident that Rep. Freeman will continue to advocate for our environment in Harrisburg, and we encourage the voters of the 136th district to vote to re-elect him.
