Rep. Joe Hohenstein
Representative Joe Hohenstein is running for re-election in the 177th State House district in Philadelphia.
Rep. Hohenstein was first elected in 2018 and is a former attorney and small business owner. He is a member of the Climate Caucus and earned a 92% on the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard. His environmental priorities include holding polluters accountable, increasing investment in renewable energy technologies, and cleaning up dangerous toxins like lead and heavy metals in his district. In his time in the legislature, he secured a substantial grant to build the new Bridesburg Riverfront Park along the Delaware River, which will provide 10 acres of new, green recreation space for the city.
