Bret Binder

Judge Bret Binder is running for election to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. 

Judge Binder currently serves on the Chester County Magisterial Court. Previously, he ran for State Representative in 2012 and was endorsed by Conservation Voters of PA, and he is the founder and managing partner of his law firm. As a longtime resident of Chester County, Judge Binder’s environmental experience includes working with groups like Don’t Spray Me, Barclay Ground Preservation Alliance, and the Chester County Environmental Alliance.
