Heather Boyd
Representative Boyd is running for reelection for the 163rd State House District, which is a part of Delaware County. She earned a 100% on the 2023-2024 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard.
Rep. Boyd previously served from 2015 to 2018 as a school board director, where she was a strong advocate for innovative educational reforms that ensured every student had an opportunity to succeed. As state representative, Rep. Boyd has been a strong advocate for environmental justice communities and voting rights, and has voted in favor of several critical pieces of legislation that will expand clean energy technology and address legacy pollution. She was a cosponsor of the Solar for Schools Grant Program, the Community Solar Act, and the original bill to expand the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act.
We’re confident Rep. Boyd will continue her great work in the State House. We urge voters of the 163rd District to reelect her in November.
