Peter Schweyer - HD-134 (Won)

Representative Schweyer is running for re-election in the 134th State House district in Lehigh County. He has a 100% on the 2023-2024 Pennsylvania Environmental Scorecard. Rep. Schweyer was first elected in 2014 and previously served on the Allentown City Council. He chairs the House Education Committee and is a member of the climate caucus.

Rep. Schweyer introduced the landmark legislation that enables the construction of community solar facilities across Pennsylvania. This will help those who otherwise would not be able to utilize solar energy to reap its benefits. It passed the State House with bipartisan support. He has also advocated for cleaning up local lead contamination and investing in sustainable infrastructure improvements.

The 134th District has a committed environmental ally in Rep. Schweyer, and we urge his constituents to send him back to Harrisburg to continue to fight us.
