Judge David Spurgeon

Judge David Spurgeon is running for the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

Judge Spurgeon currently serves in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in the Family Division and is highly recommended by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a former Deputy District Attorney in Allegheny County where he oversaw the Domestic Violence Unit. Judge Spurgeon has also taught as adjunct faculty at Point Park and Duquesne Universities. Judge Spurgeon lives in the Monongahela Valley, which has some of the worst air quality in the Commonwealth, and understands the importance of protecting our air quality for future generations.

We urge voters to support Judge David Spurgeon, the pro-environment choice, for election to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
