Diane Ellis-Marseglia
Diane was first elected to the Board of Commissioners in November 2007 and is serving her fourth term. She is running for re-election this year.
Diane is currently assigned to the local Emergency Planning Commission, which is integral to planning for disasters caused by climate change. Together with Commissioner Harvie, she helped launch more environmental initiatives than any previous Commissioners. They adopted the Sierra Club Ready for 100 Resolution and formed an RF100 Committee. They also hired the county’s first Director of Sustainability and Environmental Planner and approved the implementation of the first Bucks County Climate Action Plan and County Operations Sustainability Plan.
Diane has been a strong advocate for our open space, water, and air quality, and we urge voters in Bucks County to vote to re-elect her on November 7.
