Bob Harvie
Bob was elected to the Board of Commissioners in November of 2019 and is running for re-election. Previously, he served as a member of the Falls Township Board of Supervisors for 15 years.
As Commissioner, he helped write an alternative energy ordinance that municipalities could use to be more environmentally conscious. Together with Commissioner Ellis-Marseglia, he helped launch more environmental initiatives than any previous Commissioners. They adopted the Sierra Club Ready for 100 Resolution and formed an RF100 Committee. They also hired the county’s first Director of Sustainability and Environmental Planner and approved the implementation of the first County Climate Action Plan and County Operations Sustainability Plan.
Bob has been instrumental in Bucks County’s commitment to the environment. We urge voters in Bucks County to vote on November 7 to re-elect him.
