Here you will find a variety of materials about racial justice, gender justice, intersectionality, and other topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. These materials provide organizations with tools for exploring these topics both individually and collectively.
These materials were compiled as part of the Watershed Racial Justice Initiative (2021-2024), which equipped organizations with resources to identify and dismantle white supremacy within their own organizations. The program provided support for any organization funded by the William Penn Foundation in the Watershed Protection portfolio to learn more about how white supremacy culture pervades the environmental movement and how to take concrete steps toward racial equity.
